Midevil Times!
Another week has flown by and the work keeps piling up. It's 10:30am on a Sunday and I am up getting my work done or else I won't be done in time. Here is a list of the main obligations:
~Update my blog
~Mission Statement for Senior D
~Controls HW
~Calc 4 work
~Heat Transfer HW
Those are the most pressing issues at the moment. Hopefully within the next hour Calc 4 and my blog will be done =)
Ok, so enough about how crazy busy my schedule is. The past Friday I went to Midevil Times with the O-team (orientation leaders) for a thank you dinner for our participation. I had never been to Midevil Times so I was quite excited to say the least! I was not exactly sure what to expect and all I knew was that I would probably be eating dinner with no utensils. Here is a picture synopsis of the night:

We take a group picture with the King
We are seated
We are introduced to the Yellow Knight who we will be cheering for
While all the eating was going on, there was a show with all the knights. They were doing some cool tricks on horses and what not. The main portion of the show was the knights battling it out for the love of the princess. Unfortunately the yellow knight was the first one to lose. The show is obviously geared to a young crowd since all the moves are choreographed. Nonetheless it was a good time. Here I am in my yellow crow supporting our knight
Overall very successful and fun trip. It was nice to reconnect with all the o-team leaders.
Another highlight of the weekend was that I went driving for the second time. This time I went out on the highway and boy was I nervous! I caught myself gripping the wheel so tightly that I told myself that I just needed to relax and pay attention. I did pretty well and I am confident about my test. T-10 days and counting!!!
Well, the workload awaits as time goes on. I am going to get going on this HW. I think there is no better feeling than being able to cross something on my "To Do List" and here goes one with the finalization of this post =)
