Hoboken is a metropolis of fine restaurants and food.
Choice of summer food: Ice cream / frozen yogurt / smoothies (basically anything cold)
Restaurants with delicious options:
1) Frozen Monkey
I go here frequently for an amazing creation called Tasti D-lite! It's a hybrid between ice cream and frozen yogurt. It's fairly healthy (much much fewer calories, fat, and carbs) than a normal frozen treat. My favorite combination of Vanilla with fresh granola topping. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.
2) Koa Koa
This store just opened but I already know I will visit it often. If you've ever heard of Pinkberry... this store is basically make your own frozen yogurt. You use the machine to put whatever and how much frozen yogurt you want and a variety of toppings. You then go up to the register and pay by weight. SO GOOD!
3) Rejuicenation
If you want delicious and healthy smoothies, this is the place to go. It is right near the Path station and it is fantastic. There is so many options and a smoothie is cost effective and big enough to be a meal in itself! YUM!
4) Panera
You wouldn't think Panera is known for their smoothies, but let me tell you that I was pleasantly surprised when I had one of their smoothies. They never disappoint me!
From pizza to ice cream to italian to asian food to so much more, I can guarantee you will not go hungry if you visit Hoboken.
