Hello readers. I am currently on campus and just completed my holiday duty for Residence Life. Since I'm an RA, I needed to come back to campus to be on call to monitor the buildings and make sure everything is safe.
Yesterday morning at 7:45 am, the fire alarm went off in my residence hall. Living on campus, this is a regular occurrence. HOWEVER, this was the FIRST TIME that I was the ONLY person in the building. I was the only unhappy resident waiting outside (everyone else must be home or not in their rooms).
While I waited until the building was cleared, I sat on Davis Lawn in my pajamas and even saw one of my professors. What a way to start the day lol.
