Hello readers. This is my first blog of 2010... and it feels so good!
I am back on campus a week early. You may ask why... and my response would be that something GREAT happened at the end of last semester. I was selected as a Resident Assistant (RA) for the spring semester! If you are an avid reader of my blog, you'll remember that I applied last year for the position. I wound up being selected as an alternate and, lucky for me, a position opened up!
I moved all of my stuff amidst studying for and taking my last final in December. I moved from Lore-El (the Women's Resource Center) to a freshman dorm... coincidentally, the same dorm I lived in my freshman year... and on the same floor! I am on the opposite side of the hall, but it is EXCITING!
Training starts tomorrow and I cannot wait.
I have taken the liberty to upload pictures of my new room (I get the room all to myself which is another perk!).
