The Malibu Diner
It is possibly my newest favorite place to eat in Hoboken... and believe me, I don't take that lightly. I really mean it!
I went there with my family and the restaurant was amazing.
First, it's got parking. My mom was able to park her big, new car (parking is always a nice luxury to have in Hoboken).
Second, the food was awesome. The quality and portions of the food was awesome. I honestly don't know how they stay in business, because the food is so good and is well-priced.
I was very impressed and am definitely going back. It reminds me of a diner from back home!
