Career Fair and Tea Time in Lore-El

A LOT has happened since I last posted but I'm just going to highlight 2 events.

The first is the Career Fair that happened last week.  This is when lots of companies come to campus to recruit for job positions.  This Career Fair was only opening to graduating seniors so I wasn't able to go and see what types of jobs are available.  I DID go to the luncheon prior to the Career Fair though!
L'Oreal USA (where I interned this summer) got an award for "Best Internship" experience through Stevens so the other intern and I went to show our support.  I was pretty excited to hear that they got the award from the Office of Career Development here at Stevens, because I really enjoyed working there this summer!

NEXT, Tea Time at Lore-El has begun.  Basically, there are monthly meetings where the women of Lore-El bring speakers to talk about different issues.  This particular session was about partying safely.  It was really interesting to hear everyone talk about this issue and have some hot tea in the process.

Anyways, I gotta run to class... Thermal Engineering.
