Well, today is Superbowl Sunday! I LOVE WATCHING FOOTBALL! However, I must admit that I am very disappointed that the Giants didn't make it this year. Of course I will watch the game, but since my apartment is right near the Hudson Tea (where it is rumored Eli Manning lives) it kills me I don't get to see him and the rest of the G-men on TV.
Last year, Hoboken literally went wild when they won! I can't even describe the chaos and exuberance that erupted when the game was over.
Anyways, besides the Superbowl this weekend has been VERY eventful in general. Traditional spring rushing for Greek fraternities and sororities has ended (with the exception of Alpha Phi Omega, the community service organization). Friday was Bid Day and I was fortunate enough to get a bid to one of the sororities on campus. Now begins the process of becoming a new member! :)
