The Career Fair here on campus hosted by the Career Development Office today was a success! I am not going to lie and say that I nailed every interview, because I definitely did not. However, it was great to actually meet recruiters and hopefully be considered for an internship in the summer. It definitely improved my interviewing skills, so I feel more prepared in the work force.
I highly recommend that everyone goes to a fair like this. Even if you're not looking for a job, the experience is very good to have under your belt.
Rule from now on.... DON'T dress ANYTHING like Lauren. At least two times during the Career Fair, recruiters thought that I was so enthusiastic about the company that I came for another interview. False, Lauren just got there before me! Haha I got so many funny looks!
