I am not going to detail every aspect of my life, but I have done some pretty cool things that i think I'll share!
Last Wednesday there was an information meeting that SWE (Society of Women Engineers) attended that was sponsored by ITT. It was a luncheon, and I got to learn a lot about ITT and how to network.
I went shopping in the city on Monday! I realized (and this was also pointed out to me by my coach) that I was a hermit last year. Ha during the first semester of my freshman year I really did not explore all the venues that Hoboken and NYC have to offer.
Today, I had a midterm in my Western Literature class. It was all about The Odyssey and The Iliad. From taking this class, let me just tell you that Troy with Brad Pitt and Orlando Bloom strays greatly from Homer's original novel.
Field hockey is going very well! We had our first overnight trip in Utica (a school in our conference in upstate New York). We went to a very beautiful and tasty hibachi dinner! ALSO, we are currently ranked #14 in the country and are playing #16 William Paterson University tonight at 7!
